You take ground beef, add chopped onions, garlic, and parsley. Salt & pepper. mix it in a bowl. Roll it up inside a tortilla Cut it into small lollipop looking circles. Skewer them and put it on the grill. As the beef is cooked, the fat gets soaked into the tortilla Heavenly stuff
