A quick growth hack around how to better apply your soft skills learnings (else they just stack stuck in your notes):

1. Define a recurring task on your task management portal (for me it's Asana) - Pre call learnings reflection
2. First thing in the day, create duplicate invites of your major calendar calls with a augmented title "Call w Product (remember to ask clarification q)"

Works quite well for me.

Great tip! For me, I use Trello to create a "Soft Skills Improvement" board with cards for each call. After meetings, I summarize key points and action items. It's a visual reminder to apply these skills daily.
