Day 1 of rehabbing my hamstring injury: Suspected injury after feeling pain on fibular head in full knee flexion, which is either a biceps femoris /muscle strain or overuse injury so rehab went as: -nordic hamstring curls 4×4 -tempo heavy squats 5×3 -hamstring curl 4 sets isometric -knee extensions 3×6-8 -calf raises 3×6-8
