Once the current utility from free tipping disappears with the final airdrop, is there a genuine long term bull case for $DEGEN?

What will prevent it from decaying into irrelevance like the thousands of meme coins before it?

I think it's actually more bullish (assuming there will be a base season) than bearish because the dilution is over. 

That said I believe very few meme coins can survive more than one cycle

There will still be 15% of dev allocation (which are currently vesting), but yes, it’s a good point that at least there won’t be significant further dilution (except for inflation which is set to start in 2027).
