A 20-year-old Irish woman sued for £16,000 after a security guard in the Zara fitting room pulled back her curtain. She claims that she was not dressed, and the staff did it because they assumed that she was a thief. The girl is a popular ticker, so she said that her reputation had suffered, and she herself had experienced "monstrous humiliation." As a result, the judge ruled that the actions of the staff were illegal, awarding the girl compensation.
