An unusual survey was conducted among the British and it turned out that a third of the men surveyed are afraid of accusations of harassment if they have to save a woman and give her artificial respiration. The study showed that they worry about having to touch a strange woman's breasts, even if her life depends on it. Almost half said they would not even dare to take off her bra in order to properly install the defibrillator. Women don't worry about anything if they have to pump out a stranger.

The Palazzo Madama (Italian Senate) is going to allow its members to take pets with them to work in order to create a more friendly atmosphere. Animals, however, will not be allowed into the courtroom or buffet, but it is planned to create special zones inside the palace for them.

By the way, from the world of strange bureaucracy. I learned that in order to obtain or extend a residence permit in the UAE, you need to donate blood for HIV in addition to all documents. This is not a copy of a copy of your passport…

The Connecticut house where Donald Trump once lived with his ex-wife Ivana has sold for $31.5 million. They have been trying to sell it since 2009, and the initial price was $ 54 million. The estate has eight bedrooms, a cinema, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a golf course. What do you think?

The Italian Parliament has banned "surrogate tourism" for its citizens. That is, couples cannot travel abroad (to the USA or Canada, for example, where it is legal) to have a child with the help of surrogacy. Violations can result in up to two years in prison and fines of up to €1 million. The idea belongs to the party of Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, which, according to activists, wants to make life more difficult for same-sex couples in the first place. Earlier, Meloni called surrogacy an "inhumane" practice that equates children with supermarket goods.

A Frontier Airlines passenger demanded to turn the plane back to San Diego Airport because she forgot her phone in the boarding gate area. After being refused, she began shouting at the stewardess and other passengers, accusing everyone of racism. She also declared that she was the "ruler in the government" and that all seven continents belonged to her. Probably thought it would work.

The Indonesian married his... rice cooker, posting a series of photos from the "ceremony" and signing them "fair, obedient, loving and able to cook." He even dressed her up in a white veil for the celebration. Marriages with inanimate objects are becoming more and more common.

In the USA, a woman gave birth right in the parking lot near the brewery on the way to the hospital. Ironically, it was the couple's favorite brewery, where they had been there many times, so they felt "at home." In honor of this event, the baby's mother decided to name the child after Forrest beer, and the touched owner of the brewery decided to release a new variety of drink in honor of his birth. They also promised the couple that they would provide the child with an unlimited supply of beer when he turns 18

Night alcoholic pub-to-pub tours organized by specialized travel agencies have been banned in Prague. All this is in order to attract more cultured tourists. The Czech capital has long been a popular place for noisy bachelor parties and booze lovers (mostly British here). The mayor of the city believes that they lack wealthy tourists, not those who come for a short time just to get drunk

Now I've read a statistic in a Swiss newspaper that most locals can't sleep without a phone at night, and for 60%, a mobile phone has replaced a book on the bedside table. Among the younger generation (under 40 years old) this figure has reached 79%. A study conducted in the country showed that a third of the Swiss population suffers from sleep disorders and associate it with the phone in their hands. I also fall asleep with the phone and wake up with it, alas.

An 81-year-old South Korean pensioner decided to prove to everyone that age is not a hindrance and got a job as a model. She had been dreaming about this since she was 20 years old, but due to life circumstances, it took her another 50 years to achieve her goal. She worked as a nurse and trained at home at night to walk in heels and pose. The woman has already participated in fashion shows and beauty contests, starred for magazines and TV.

It's nice to see when large companies carefully approach the creation of corporate merchandise and attract stylish brands for collaborations. For example, the latest ZNY collection is a synthesis of technology and comfort.

A new 12-meter work of art on a square in Naples has caused confusion not only among tourists, but also among locals. The creation of the late Gaetano Pesce called "Tu si'na cosa grande", as conceived, is an interpretation of the costume of the classic character of the Commedia dell'arte Pulcinella with two red hearts pierced by an arrow. Well, somehow it turned out that way.

The pet turned on the self-cleaning mode on the touch panel of the oven while the residents were sleeping, which led to a fire. Fortunately, the fire remained inside the oven, and the owners of the house were woken up by smoke detectors. This prudent family even had a fire extinguisher at hand, so the flames were quickly extinguished. Conclusion: just in case, buy special protective covers if you have animals at home

Spanish olive trees are "moving" to Hungary because of the drought in the country. One 55-year-old entrepreneur has already "saved" and transported about 200 trees in this way, planting them in his vineyard in Hegimagas. He takes the hand-picked olive harvest to Slovenia, where olive oil is made from it. Spain, which normally supplies about 40% of the world's olive oil, has been suffering from a poor olive harvest for the past two years due to heat and drought.
