The German broke the Guinness World Record by living 120 days in a 30 m2 capsule at a depth of 11 meters in the Caribbean Sea. Rudiger Koch, 59, spent his days looking out the window at the fish. The underwater dwelling was connected by a spiral staircase to a house located above the water. He had a TV, an exercise bike, a bed, internet, and food (but no shower). The man said he even regretted that it was over, he enjoyed spending time like this. You bet. Perfect for an introvert

The girl's date took a very unexpected turn. In the video, which has received almost half a million views, she said that when she returned from the bathroom, while having dinner with a guy, two other women sitting behind her turned around to compliment her and handed her a folded note. It said, "Just no! You can do better." Users suggested that most likely the guy was trying to flirt with them in her absence, or they knew about his bad reputation. That's how women's solidarity works. It is not known how the date ended, the video continues to be actively discussed. What would you do in such a situation?

Japan won the World Cup in Lyon in confectionery, ahead of France and Malaysia. 18 teams from all over the world competed in the final. Each had a chocolatier, a sugar expert, and an ice cream maker. As a person who loves desserts more than any other food, I drool even in photos.

The first corgi police dog in China was stripped of an annual bonus for sleeping at work and urinating in a bowl of food. The public was stirred up on social networks because of this, and as a result, the dog Fu Zai (Lucky Guy) was nevertheless given a gift set for the lunar New Year. Corgi works as a backup explosives detection operative.

Taiwan plans to kill up to 120,000 green iguanas due to the fact that they damage agriculture and interfere with farmers. The problem is that many have released their pet reptiles to live in the wild, where they have begun to multiply rapidly. Last year, specially recruited hunters killed about 70,000 iguanas, for each of which they paid a reward of up to $15

An influencer from China, Zhu Miaolin, called on men to wear special adam's apple covers that will function as bras. She argues that the adam's apple, like the female breast, is a tender area that causes sexual attraction, so it should be covered up in order to support women's rights, among other things.

I really like Lladró porcelain. A Spanish brand with a long history. These table lamps and snakes are especially wonderful. Every time I go to the gallery, I go to their boutique in Barcelona.

A cat that was mistakenly left on a plane made three flights in 24 hours between New Zealand and Australia until it was spotted in the cargo hold. Her owner waited a long time for the pet to be unloaded, after which she sounded the alarm. The Air New Zealand pilot was informed about an additional passenger during the flight and he turned on the heating in the cargo hold to make the kitty comfortable. The airline stated that it would reimburse all expenses related to the pet's journey and apologized to the hostess.

The staff of the Japanese aquarium faced an unusual task — they needed to cheer up a lonely fish. Their sunfish stopped eating the jellyfish and started rubbing against the aquarium. The staff thought she was sick, but no one could figure out what. Someone suggested that maybe she was just lonely, since the aquarium was closed to the public. Then, human figures were cut out of cardboard for the fish and glued to the glass to cheer it up and create the effect of "visitors". The result is that the fish has returned to its usual behavior.

Pedro Sanchez is thinking about completely banning the sale of real estate in Spain to non-EU residents, as they purchase it in order to rent it out, which contributes to rising property prices and a shortage of affordable housing. This is especially common in coastal areas.

A girl from Texas bought an antique cabinet on Facebook for $3,200, and it turned out to be a "surprise." Inside, she found boxes of new Hermès and Tiffany & Co tableware. The girl turned out to be conscientious and decided to contact the previous owner to find out if it was an accident or not. The seller, of course, was taken aback and asked to return the dishes, they were not included in the price of the chest of drawers, but the commentators admitted that they would never have written to him and just kept the set for themselves. What would you do?

In several museums in Rome, dog owners can now leave their four-legged friends with dog sitters for free instead of leaving them alone on the street or denying themselves cultural leisure. In February, the free service will also be launched in the museums of Venice. The paid dog babysitter service is already operating in 290 museums in 53 Italian cities.

The Pakistani airline PIA got into an international scandal because of an advertisement reminiscent of the September 11 terrorist attack. It was launched the other day in honor of the resumption of flights to Paris, which were suspended for 4 years due to problems with the safety of pilots. Then it turned out that almost a third of them were cheating on exams and did not comply with safety regulations. The picture shows a plane flying towards the Eiffel Tower, and the inscription: "Paris, we're flying in today." The Prime Minister of Pakistan personally ordered an investigation into the unsuccessful advertising campaign.

One pizzeria in the UK charges an additional £100 for adding pineapple to pizza. According to the chef, this ingredient offends the Italian dish, so you have to "pay for it." The idea of putting canned pineapple on a ham pizza came to a Canadian chef in the 1960s. That's how "Hawaiian Pizza" appeared. For so many years now, the question of pineapple in pizza has been controversial.

A German far-right party has issued flyers in the form of a one-way boarding pass and distributed them in the mailboxes of residents in Karlsruhe (Germany), offering all illegal migrants a single ticket to their "country of origin." The Judicial Police has launched an investigation into threats and incitement to hatred. It is estimated that about 30,000 leaflets were printed.
