Pizza Dough Ingredients 315g water 9g salt 20g EVOO 450g Flour 9g instant yeast ☝️gives you a great dough in 90 minutes (knead, wait), divide, stretch, top, into 550⁰F oven for ~12 minutes (watch it) Boom delicious, cheap pizza (total about 2-3 hours)
