I've been thinking this over and would love some professional input @giuseppe @evelynyap17 I was thinking is it possible to make a puff pastry turn over/hand pie that captures the flavors of Beef Wellington Obviously, can cook and add mushrooms, onions, and prosciutto like how it's typically done; but how would you add the beef đ¤

Hmm..the hand pies are small. I would actually use precook beef filets , tenderizer and marinate it with Asian technique of velveting and stir fry it and wrap them in the prosciutto . Minced beef works but I donât think the texture contrast will be as nice as you canât tell whether itâs the mushroom or beef. Or pre slice roast beef but it may not be as tender as the method above. This is my thoughts.
