Hey FCNY community! I need your help and feedback. FCNY has been invited by Women in Blockchain (WIB) to participate in one of their gatherings. Initially, it was going to be AI industry speakers and a happy hour, but now they want it to be a Farcaster educational event where our community gives talks and introduces Farcaster to onboard their members Would you prefer to: 1. Attend or speak at the WIB event next Wednesday night, where we introduce Farcaster to their members. BYOB, capped at ~50 people. 2. I organize a larger venue with screens and invite multiple communities. This would be akin to a demo day for Farcaster projects with networking, live feedback sessions, onboarding new users, etc. Please lmk if you’d be interested in any of this in the comments or DM me your thoughts. I’m also not being paid to do this so happy to do neither & continue with the same style of events focused on community building and networking like our last FCNY#2, /wellness, /tabletop & future: hiking, cruises, etc.

I decided to pull out because the organizers wanted to switch it to be an WIB educational meetup about Farcaster. 5 days before the event is unfortunately not enough time for me to organize founders/builders to speak about the FC ecosystem. I also don't feel comfortable being Farcaster's spokesperson nor am I a subject matter expert who can speak to the ins and outs of decentralized social.
