Do you avoid frames that require you to like/follow/share?

If so, what would it take before you’d do it?

Full disclosure: I almost always scroll away—I don’t like to flood my timeline with receipts for stuff I want to try. 

Especially if I don’t like it, it’s a pain to take it off later, it’s not helpful for me or my followers, and the incentives are rarely any good—like what do I actually get for sharing this?
