Interesting news. French luxury department store Printemps has become the first major retailer in Europe to accept payments in cryptocurrency. Now customers of 20 Printemps stores in France will be able to purchase fashionable clothes, accessories and other luxury items for cryptocurrency. According to the organization's blog post, the introduction of cryptocurrency payments took place within the framework of a partnership with the French cryptocurrency payments company Lyzi, which, in turn, uses the Binance Pay payment solution. I think this step can trigger the transformation of payment systems in the European Union, where the adoption of cryptocurrencies lags behind regions such as North America and Asia. What do uou think?
