Relay is supposed to be faster, however degen chain is currently down, or being worked on.

The idea is people stay on the l3. 

But this proves my point again, we should do away with allowances completely and airdrops so degen can mature. 

People are jumping through hoops just to dump. Degen will never scale until the farmers are removed from the ecosystem.
