Ok I’m ready for spoilers/theories:

I don’t think Helly R returned to work. I think it’s outie Helena. I don’t think the family can trust Helly R after she tried suicide/the rebellion. Would also explain why she lied about what she saw

Motive would be just that she doesn’t think there should be Severance?

I’ve seen this one but I think it’s too on the nose

I’ve been thinking that Helena may be trying to sabotage her family’s company from the inside - that’s why she went through the procedure in the first place

Clearly it’s outtie Helly, why she lied, sent in to spy, why they reunited them.

Looking forward to the outtie stories about last few months…
