Ok I’m ready for spoilers/theories:

I don’t think Helly R returned to work. I think it’s outie Helena. I don’t think the family can trust Helly R after she tried suicide/the rebellion. Would also explain why she lied about what she saw

I’ve seen this one but I think it’s too on the nose

I’ve been thinking that Helena may be trying to sabotage her family’s company from the inside - that’s why she went through the procedure in the first place

Motive would be just that she doesn’t think there should be Severance?

Ok, I’m 1000% that Helena has some hidden agenda

Either sabotage or investigation (like Irv) or some sort of research she’s doing

The only reasonable explanation for why she sent Helly back after she tried to kill herself

If it was just a “I’m the owner’s daughter and I did it”, she would have stop it after that incident

I agree that it was weird to send her back after the attempt, but maybe it was because they needed her as proof that things are ok?

I still think she likes the company
