And never forget: Barry Bonds was better than Babe Ruth's average season in Wins Above Replacement (WAR) for each of his age 35, 36, 37, and 38 seasons. There was one entire season where he got on base in over 60% of his at bats!! (40% is considered elite, top 1%).

I loved watching him, but is your point of putting this in /longevity that the PEDs donāt matter? What if he dies early because he took them and that goes against ādonāt dieā?
