Have you considered lending your voice to Farm Bill reform so that factory meat, corn syrup and seed oils aren’t so heavily subsidized and local produce can take their place? There’s a political dimension to your quest for longevity as well- corporate ag/ processed food conglomerates shorten lives by decades.
