What I think is really important is the fact that you need a good support network if you wanna commit to excellence, else you’ll just crash and burn

Did fletcher need to be such an asshole? lol no I don’t think that’s necessary. But he got what he wanted out of Andrew, and Andrew wanted it at all costs.

So fletcher is good, but not everyone’s equipped to handle a fletcher. I do think it’s a learnable skill to be unfazed by one though
