Since getting this CO2 meter, I’ve found there’s a high correlation with being unfocused and/or irritable with 800+ readings. Reminder to get some fresh air, open the window, etc.

I have a very old house and my windows are all painted shut. I have central air but I wouldn’t exactly call it “fresh” my office space is rn getting renovated tho so after I’ll have a nice window that opens by my desk 🫡
