Hard agree. Jobs aren’t the problem. Lack of autonomy is. In the knowledge worker space at least. All the leadership development and lived experience I’ve had supports this. Autonomy is a psychological need as you move up Maslow’s pyramid.

I’m so thankful that since I’ve been in web3 this has not been my experience. Early in my career I worked at a university and it was terrible like that - almost as if initiative was punished by those who didn’t want anything to change. I love my job at Outlier and the people that I work with are fantastic ♥️
