Hard agree. Jobs aren’t the problem. Lack of autonomy is. In the knowledge worker space at least. All the leadership development and lived experience I’ve had supports this. Autonomy is a psychological need as you move up Maslow’s pyramid.

This is complex ❤️ I'm not a very good job person and neither are most of my favorite collaborators. This makes me want to set everyone free from employment. But not everyone is me, so maybe I just want everyone to have the option to work as an owner/share holder, not employee. Maybe there'd be fewer layoffs.
