Books

I’ve loved the Dune movies, but they really tone down the philosophy and leadership wisdom that Frank Herbert expertly wove into the books. 

They make me want to be a better leader, and a better person.

Tbh I have no idea how they could have done a better job. The books are so dense and there is just so much there. IMO both films so far have been fantastic and I’ve just finished reading the last book in the dune series few weeks ago so they are pretty fresh in my mind

Agreed, I really do love them. I’m re-reading the books, too, and especially enjoying having the visual interpretation in my head.
