I’d imagine it’s pretty similar to other crypto platforms, be careful where you connect your wallet/account, don’t share your recovery phrase, don’t click links, etc. I’m new too, just followed you, hope we can work together to learn stuff!

The farcaster app is a social media app built around Degen in the sense that you get an airdrop for tipping degen from your daily tip allowance to other people and other people tip you with degen for posting interesting stuff. You can check how much your tipping allowance is with frames, but it can take a bit to update

Yes, that’s true. But you can be tipped for engagement before that. That’s what I’m aiming for, to one day get tipped enough degen that I can tip back and contribute to the community.

I don’t think one of the biggest crypto VCs would invest $100m into a protocol that was all about memecoins :) Would encourage you to look around like it’s Reddit

I don’t use any traditional social media. I use farcaster. A lot of my friends are on here so I use it to engage with that. I’m here because I want to liberate people so they live under their own accord, and vote for their own feeds.
