User-controlled process you control. I personally found 28 people I was following on X / Twitter but had not followed on Farcaster.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Vist this URL *on web*:

https://warpcast.com/~/settings/import

2. Follow the instructions—it will take at least 12 hours to get the export.

3. Be sure to upload the correct file.

I’ve argued with Dan relentlessly over the years about interop between FC and existing social.

So strange he would fight you on that as it seems pretty self evident that the biggest obstacle to gaining users is the friction of changing apps..

Like how is reducing the friction not a good idea?
