BLS wallet AA can reduce gas costs by up to 2/3 if implemented properly.

For an L2 most of the gas cost is L1 Calldata storage for signatures. With BLS signature aggregation you can bring that cost down :)

It's dynamic based on gas prices. Blame Ethereum.
