Just had some college girls park in my apartment lot to go party when they don’t live here. Lot is a hot commodity for the people who live here and the businesses who operate close. There’s gotta be a privacy preserving way to get them towed and have certainty that the towing company would let me in on profit

Privacy for reporting (anon). And then certainty that when you tell somebody about the car to be towed that you will be let in on funds (you could tell them about the car and then they tow it but choose to not pay you
