I still never understand how the inspiration comes

It’s like being a ship captain navigating uncharted waters. You have to weather unpredictable storms, make tough decisions when the path isn’t clear, and keep the crew motivated even when land seems far off. Only those with resilience, courage, and a steady hand can steer the ship to its destination.

It’s definitely challenging. Especially managing humans and resources
