I’ve seen you brush off obvious UX improvements as they aren’t the reason why users don’t join/stay. Makes sense. Sometimes there isn’t data to justify an idea. How do you navigate these decisions? What % of product decisions are based on gut/instinct?

pre-pmf and in consumer, 80% gut, 20% data the reasons people don't stay are clear 1. not enough interesting content (readers) 2. audience size is too small (content producers)
