Management = using Who/What you have to achieve a desired goal (like checkers)

Leadership = developing Who/What you have to achieve a desired goal (like chess, developing your "pawns" to "Knights" etc)

By leading and developing your team/equipment etc (zkTLS opacity for you im guessing) you will be more likely to succeed.
