WorldLiberty Financial, a cryptocurrency project associated with Trump, will be based on the decentralized financial platform Aave and Ethereum blockchain, using a non transferable governance token WLFI and credit account system. The inspiration for this project is reportedly derived from the DeFi protocol DoughFinance, although it has not yet been confirmed whether it will use its codebase. Zachary Falkman and Chase Herro, co founders of Dough, also participated in the operation of the project. Members of the Trump family, including Donald Trump Jr Eric Trump and Barron Trump were both involved in the planning of the project.
