Went on a nail biting rampage tonight, really need to kick that bad habit. Anyone have an effective method for quitting nail biting?

Set goal for not biting your nail and reward yourself,for instance,a week without biting,and try to be disciplined,you can likewise engage in activities that keeps your hands busy and chewing gum may help also /replyguys
