a 7 day withdrawal period for a L3 is not a good look, the whole point of the L3 is to able to make transactions all the time, not having money tied up. 


Hopefully this changes

We can use relay bridge for instant withdrawal to base L2, altho they still have some liquidity problem at the moment which limits the amount we can bridge out
