Hey @nicovrg does futarchy assume markets are rational? 

For example, of a proposal is open and something awful like Covid lockdowns happen and the whole market tanks. Ergo the token tanks...presumably it has nothing to do with the proposal currently open. How do Meta DAO solve for this?

Its not price that matter but spread between pass & fail twap so i dont think this would be a problem
