By the end of the trip, he’s reading her books, doing his best to seem thoughtful. Like maybe if he could prove he wasn’t just another shallow guy, she’d see him. But Chelsea’s with Rick. And the look on his face in that final scene—it’s not just disappointment. It’s real loneliness. Like he doesn’t know who he is.
