What sort of changes would you like to see with your new position(s) and role at Coinbase?

over the last two years, alongside the growth of @base, more and more of the company has started building onchain. but it's still an overall small percentage of total focus + resources. i want to see this grow to be the majority of overall effort across the business.

as part of this, i think @coinbase has a really incredible opportunity to define what it means to build onchain at scale. e.g. if we execute well, i think we could have hundreds or thousands of smart contract engineers building together relatively soon. figuring out how to do that well, how to make those people effective, how to give them powerful, scalable tools, how to evolve the infrastructure to support that scale.

i think it's an opportunity to build a once-in-a-generation team and toolkit and through that pave the way for countless more organizations across the industry.

I think Coinbase wallet is the step in the right direction, the send as a text feature is something that really helps onboard new users!
