South Korean police have arrested the 40-year-old organizer of an unnamed fraudulent scheme, who was wanted for 10 months and changed his appearance through plastic surgery. The damage from the fraudulent scheme amounted to $12 million. It affected 158 investors between November 2021 and June 2022. It is known that investors were offered 18% of monthly income from mining activities. The scammer spent about $16,000 on plastic surgery.
