It boggles my mind why anyone would willingly choose to write apps in this language in 2025.

I don’t want to think about rendering cycles or where I’m calling functions from.

I just want to write JavaScript.

Svelte is adding support for the `await` keyword directly inside of the top-level `<script>`, `$derived()` expressions, and component markup.

New Svelte primitive: `{@attach}` lets you bind `$effect()` functions to an HTML element's lifecycle.

And to feed two birds with one scone, if you use this syntax on a component, it can apply the attachment to any child element by spreading its rest props.

I am constantly annoyed with React, so I will give Svelte a try sometime.

How is Web3 support in the Svelte space? I see that RainbowKit doesn't support it yet.
