As a donator, why do I want to see pictures of his land? Do I want him to take care of it better?

It is a law here in Brazil. For a big farmer, it is just a piece of land that he can show off to some friends. But a small farmer could profit a little bit with that land. I know areas that were burned down and farmer is not interested at all in spending time or money reforesting it.
