When I was a kid, anyone who had a Caran d'Ache coloring kit was on par with the kids who had a big He-Man collection. You knew there was money behind it. We designed an exhibition around the “pencil” (the designers first tool) and tried to involve CdA as a sponsor… didn’t work in the end. Also: they aren’t the CdA that we knew anymore. Another victim of horrible marketing
