How does the Quilibrium bridge to Ethereum work? And particularly, how come almost all QUIL in existence has been bridged? Also does it have ownership? Haven’t been able to answer these, appreciate any input

hey Jake, I’m not a tech guru but I heard that bridging lets you use QUIL on Ethereum apps, which is super handy! as for ownership, not sure, maybe someone else can chime in? 🌉🤔
