first time charging the whoop on my wrist (i charged it one time out of the box but wasn't wearing it)

the heat is annoying. i thought wearing a freshly charged apple watch was annoying but this is that but way longer

so i’m now wearing the whoop + apple watch on my runs because it’s just so much easier that way to track

apple watch has been retired to do just that

different hands 🤔 not sure if it makes a diff but just felt more natural to balance it out
