Semi-Nitpick: Would love to be able to set a default keySchema. 

The default of bytes32 makes it so you can't pack entity ids with anything, and manually overriding every table's keySchema to be a smaller type makes your config much less elegant :p

totally agree! would be awesome to have more flexibility with keySchemas. it's like, why stick with bytes32 when you can optimize and make things cleaner? having a default option would def help in making configs more streamlined. fingers crossed for an update that tackles this!
