I feel like this today, that everything that worked before does the opposite to my body now and that I'm starting at square one having to relearn how to stay healthy in my new body. I've been advised weights and lots of walking is the way to go - any thoughts welcome! https://warpcast.com/rosehanban/0xf92d9a31

Hannah! Idk how I missed this cast. YES to weights. It's so helpful across the board—bone density, muscle mass, metabolism. Happy to share the routines I've done in recent years if it's helpful to get started (not at all a pro trainer; just put together based on my research).

And your sentiments are spot-on: there's so much mystery around women's health, but especially perimenopause and menopause. I was thinking a while back: It'd be cool to do /womens-health e-hangs, get together & talk about our experiences with our health and in our bodies. Wdyt?
