An observation that gave me pause: A lot of folks here are interested in "wellness" and "fitness," but not "health." Do we think it's because the former two are being pushed to people/owners doing a fab job, or does it speak to what people care about re: their health (i.e. health = wellness x fitness effectively)?

i think probably the latter! although for me terms such as 'wellness' and 'fitness' have become so marketable that it just becomes the terms that people go to by default. we search 'wellness' on google more so than 'health' for example (at least i definitely would!)

I think you’re right! And yet “good health” is consistently a commonly cited life goal. I dig the fitness part of the equation; it’s such a big part of health. But the wellness bit is tricky. There’s no imperative to back up wellness claims so we get sold a bunch of nonsense.
