What's the best way to gift a newbie crypto? I shouldn’t know their seed phrase nor be the owner of the wallet; they don’t care to manage these funds (yet). Do we not have a service that securely facilitates key transfer/custody?

Been doing this recently. 1. Send them @rainbow app (Apple/android) 2. Ask them to copy-paste address (they his gets them a lot of times, they struggle) 3. Follow wallet. 4. Send /higher & /degen Then I watch and text the drama of the market play with us. We become friends about crypto, they ask me questions. Then I ask them to cut our palms and hold hands. (This is a joke for the more sensitive crowds)

Ehh still wonky though for people who don't have an affinity for crypto yet. The end user needs to have near-zero work if it's a gift IMO. What I'd love to be able to do: 1. I make a @rainbow wallet for them 2. I seed it 3. I set it to transfer ownership to someone who's KYCed at the moment of their choosing (so have some consent) and the seed phrase resets and sends to them when I do Can we make this?

I used to be in this camp and switched positions after my work in digital identity and adoption behavior. With that said, what you mention has an existing base too, smaller imo.
