First time seeing the menstrual phase message in the Oura ring app!

Do any of you use period tracking apps (or health tracking apps that also measure menstrual phases?) 

Given the current issues around body autonomy I’m quite torn 🫣 lucky to live in a democratic state most of the time

Paid for a number over the years and liked different features, but some were always missing. Wish we had more composability! How are you liking Oura’s reports and suggestions?
