Prioritizing comfort~ First time seeing the menstrual phase message in the Oura ring app! Do any of you use period tracking apps (or health tracking apps that also measure menstrual phases?) Given the current issues around body autonomy I’m quite torn 🫣 lucky to live in a democratic state most of the time

I track it using apple's health app. That helped me to pay attention to body signals (vaginal secretion, strength of pelvis). Also, warm-up using jumping rope in kick-boxing is getting harder a couple of days before the period starts 😅

I did what I was taught in school 😅 I put a period on my calendar; I still use a large wall calendar in the kitchen. I haven't had serious pain, etc. so I'm not tracking symptoms just the start & end dates.

Paid for a number over the years and liked different features, but some were always missing. Wish we had more composability! How are you liking Oura’s reports and suggestions?

I used FitrWoman, which is free and pretty basic but does the job! I’m Considering switching to something more “advanced” though but haven’t made my mind yet! (Disclaimer: I live in Europe)

Have used one for a long time. Have switched between various apps: Glow, some minimalist one that I can’t remember the name of, then the ones that come baked into my wearable (Fitbit then Apple health) cont …
