I’m not sure if you are doing physical therapy, but it helped me significantly. I sprained my ankle multiple times, but only after physical therapy did it get better

Books

Now that I’ve exclusively read on my phone for years, I can’t go back to paper books. I miss those functions and not heading a light to read at night.

Just finished the Throne of Glass series and I think it’s much better than a Court of Thorns series imo. Less smut, much better character development and plot.

I’ve done a two day fast, but I generally don’t eat lunch so that helps. Take it slow when you break the fast. Bone broth when you first start eating again.
