My girlfriend and I of two years recently broke up :(

What's the best piece of advice you can give me? 

p.s won't be going back to NY, staying back in Cali at home with familia, thinking CDMX all of next year

Feel your feelings 

Especially if you tend to not feel them

Don’t sit in them, but make sure they’ve been processed so they don’t accidentally re-emerge in your future

It sucks though

I recently went through a break up too, so unsure if this is good advice yet, but hoping it will be in the long run
