i think they’re separate - the “property right” is owning the single piece of art on the chain itself, no one can say “u don’t own that” bc it’s written in code that they do - however, when it comes to anything after that in other “rights”, there rlly are none rn for most pieces of art, but that will probably change as the technology to give collectors more rights improves

I am still struggling to understand the digital property rights however ~ even after having minted and collected. It seems to be the Wild West. Some (very few artists include or define usage rights). What are your thoughts on this? What is the default? Is there one? Would love hearing how others navigate this.
