I Took a Photo!

i took a photo before they grilled the pancetta

had 4 slices of it lol, pork sausage was 🔥 too

this local farm we went to today had a 4 course lunch

>charcuterie board w cheeses from their farm, olives
>3 scaccia’s
>warm ricotta made that day w fresh bread to go in it (this was fascinating, never had anything like it before)
>grilled pancetta (in the photo below) and pork sausage as much as u want, paired w salad
>cannolis and espresso for dessert

oh and good local wine from the region!
